Round 2 of the Asthma Foundation of Queensland PhD Scholarship program for 2011, is now open
It is with great pleasure that the Foundation announces that round two of the Asthma Foundation of Queensland PhD Scholarship Program for 2011, is now open, representing more than a $100,000 boost in the foundation’s asthma research investment over the next three years. Graduates and health practitioners who hold/will hold an honours degree and who will commence PhD studies in 2011 will be eligible for the scholarship. The scholarship is open to students who are Australian citizens or permanent residents intending to nurture a career in Queensland, aiming to build local expertise and to support the State’s excellent academic community. The PhD scholarship forms a very important part of the Foundation’s activities, and the need for further research is borne out by the increasing prevalence of asthma. Read more or apply ...
